At Turnberry Homes, we provide every customer with an unwavering level of exceptional service. Our Customer Charter sets out our promises to you so that you know exactly what to expect throughout your homebuying journey; from first viewing to moving in and beyond.

View our Customer Charter online or request a copy any time. You will receive one automatically when you reserve a new home.

We follow clear, consistent procedures to ensure that every customer receives the service they deserve.

We fully comply with the Consumer Code for House Builders. A copy of this document will be provided when you reserve your property.

Every member of staff is trained to understand the Charter; what it means for us, and for you.

We will supply you with all the details you require to make an informed decision before you buy.

We will encourage you to appoint your own lawyer, who will represent your interests and guide you through the legal process.

You’ll always know:

  • Who to contact at each stage of your purchase
  • How we handle your questions
  • The choices and options available to you

We will provide safety advice for visiting your new home during construction and after you move in.

Any promotional materials will be clear, accurate and trustworthy.

You’ll receive all the information you require before concluding missives.

Builders’ missives terms and conditions will be clear and fair.

Your cancellation rights will be explained clearly with total transparently.

We will explain how we protect your deposit and how we handle any other pre-payments.

We’ll keep you informed about the construction progress, estimated completion, and handover/date of entry arrangements.

Once the completion date is set, we’ll ensure that:

  • Ownership is transferred smoothly
  • Your home’s features and systems are demonstrated clearly

We’ll provide details of our after-sales and emergency services, available for a set period after completion.

We’ll explain our complaints process clearly and work with professionals you appoint to resolve any issues fairly.

Your new home is protected by a Turnberry Homes Warranty for the first two years, and by a 10-year NHBC warranty from completion. Your solicitor will provide copies of all warranty documents.

This Charter is our commitment to you, without affecting your statutory rights.
