Sales Executive

Posted on 14/01/26

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable Sales Executive to take ownership of one of our developments and represent the face of Turnberry Homes on site. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships with buyers, takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience, and has a strong understanding of the Scottish housing sales process.

As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day sales performance and presentation of the site, managing the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing buyers, providing a knowledgeable and welcoming experience at every stage.

This position would suit someone who is confident working independently and thrives in a people-facing role. You should have excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills.

About the Company

Turnberry Homes understand the importance of creating homes where families can grow, thrive, and feel connected to their community. As both a family and a business, our goal is to never lose sight of our values and heritage, whilst keeping our customers at the very heart of what we do. Over 30 years and three-generations, we have supplied the west-central belt of Scotland with new-build homes that are made to last.

Working hours: Thursday – Monday, 11:00am – 5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking full ownership of the site sales office and show homes, ensuring a consistently high standard of presentation
  • Welcoming visitors, conducting site and show home viewings, and confidently presenting the Turnberry Homes offering
  • Managing enquiries, leads and follow-ups, converting interest into reservations
  • Guiding purchasers through the Scottish new build sales process, including reservations, missives, and liaising with solicitors, estate agents and mortgage advisors
  • Building strong relationships with buyers, providing regular updates and supporting them through to legal completion and handover
  • Maintaining accurate sales records, reporting progress and forecasts to the wider team
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure plots are ready for sale and completions run smoothly
  • Supporting marketing activity, including launches, open days and promotional events
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the sales experience and site performance

If this role aligns with your skill set, please contact careers@turnberryhomes.co.uk with a cover letter and CV attached. We thank you for your interest!
